Mush, or Doggy paddling in Titan's methane seas
If a stray molecule of oxygen found its way onto the moon Titan, Ka-blooey! My head needs the same stray O, thanks to this weekend's festivities. Namely, the Gay Pirate Party a bunch of us threw for OMC (photo[s] TK). The food prepared by Jessie and her mom, Robin, was delicious. JB served some fruity grog. And Most of us were dressed in our gayest pirate threads.
I'm still not fully recovered. It's taking me longer to recupperate from hangovers as I age. Maybe I should be less festive? Umm.... No.
Instead, I'll plunge head first into what will surely result in an even worse hangover: The 2005 New York Idiotarod next Saturday, the 29th, Fulton Ferry Landing at 2 pm.
Come watch as I and many others pulll shopping carts from Brooklyn to Manhattan. There's alcohol involved.
I'm so going to regret this.

cool you're doing that race! what's the best vantage point for spectators? i've always meant to go to this thing. but it's sooo cold ... this weather makes me lose my joie de vivre.
As I'm clueless on the route, I'd say the starting line, some bridge's pedestrian walkway (probably the Brooklyn) or the finish line would be the best places to watch us make asses of ourselves.
JL, cold weather is not an excuse. If Phil made it from Queens to attend Andrew's Gay Pirate Party on Saturday, you can watch drunk fools with shopping carts. Bundle up.
